Returns and Refunds Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the manner in which Joshua Van Leader PLC handles returns and refunds for purchases made through the jvl@joshuavanleader.com.  By making a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your merchandise, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the JVL team at jvl@joshuavanleader.com within 14 days of receiving the item to request a return.
  • Provide your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for the return.
  • The JVL team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if your request is eligible.
  • Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories or documentation that came with it.
  • Ship the item back to the designated return address provided by the JVL team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be in the format of a JVL code that can be re-used on the Site. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our Site.

Damaged or Defective
Items In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the JVL team immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items
